Sales intelligence platform: what it should deliver and how GoSeek delivers it

By Luis Peixoto4 min read

Sales intelligence is knowing, before you reach out, who to approach, why now and what to say. GoSeek goes further: it starts from your portfolio to generate the lead and create the demand, with a dossier per company built from 100 to 500 public sources, ready in 7 to 15 minutes.

What sales intelligence is

Sales intelligence is the work of gathering and organizing information about companies, markets and people to guide the sale. In B2B sales, it answers three questions before the first contact: which company to approach, why now and who to talk to.

A sales intelligence platform does that work for the whole team, so reps stop spending hours researching each company. B2B market intelligence and B2B sales intelligence are often used as synonyms. The difference is the focus: market intelligence looks at the segment as a whole, and sales intelligence looks at the company the rep is about to approach.

What a sales intelligence platform should deliver

For a team that sells to large companies, the platform has to deliver what the rep uses the same day. That means six deliverables.

A list with criteria The companies in the market that fit the ideal customer profile, by segment, region and size Priority A clear order of where to start, following the profile the organization defines Company context Numbers, momentum, demands and technology in use, in a format you can read in minutes People Who decides, who influences and where to get in Outreach What to say to each person, on each channel, based on the company's moment Management Dashboards that show the manager where each company stands in the funnel

The GoSeek 19-section dossier

GoSeek is a SaaS platform for sales intelligence with AI agents, for enterprise selling. The rep enters the CNPJ of a company (the Brazilian company tax ID) or, on the Intermediate plan and up, uploads a spreadsheet of CNPJs, within the contract's monthly quota, and gets the dossier in 7 to 15 minutes, built from 100 to 500 public sources. In more than 160 dossiers measured, the median is 226 pages read per dossier.

The dossier has 19 sections: Cockpit, About, Numbers, Segment, Complexity, Momentum, Demands, Stack, Stakeholders, Triggers, Opportunities, Cadence, Battlecard, 1st meeting, Discovery, Risks, Objections, MEDDPICC and Evidence. It stays on screen and exports to PDF in three sizes, Executive, Detailed and Complete, which the rep takes to the meeting and the manager shares with the committee. On the Intermediate plan and up, it also exports to Excel, with working tabs to track contacts, MEDDPICC and people.

Each section answers a question in the sale. Numbers and Segment tell you the company's size and place in the market. Momentum and Triggers tell you what changed. Demands and Opportunities tell you where your offer fits. Battlecard, Objections and Risks prepare your defense. Discovery and MEDDPICC help you qualify. The full description is on the dossier page.

Nineteen sections, each one answering a question in the sale

Fit score and power map

Each company gets a fit score from 0 to 100 against the ideal customer profile your organization defines. The team starts with the companies that most resemble those who already buy from you, and the manager gets one criterion to rank the portfolio.

The power map shows decision makers, champion, influencers and entry points, with an org chart by area and level. When you sell to large companies, the decision goes through several people. With the map in hand before the first message, the rep chooses who to start with.

The roles in the purchase

Economic decision maker Holds the budget, signs and weighs return and risk User Feels the pain and is the best source of evidence Technical influencer Assesses integration and security, and can veto Gatekeeper Procurement or legal: decides whether the project moves forward

The fifth role, the sponsor, champions the purchase without you in the room

Cadence and contact history

On the Intermediate plan and up, the GoSeek cadence arrives written and opens through managers and directors; the C-level comes in from the second week on, as the decision makers. Each touch says who it goes to and which fact about the company's moment it uses, and ends with the gain and an invitation. When the cadence is scheduled, GoSeek picks the channel for each touch from what each person has (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or phone call) and adapts the text. The rep reviews it and, on Advanced, GoSeek sends it from the rep's own email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Each touch stays in the company's history, and whoever picks up the company later knows what was already said, to whom and when. On the Advanced plan, the history can flow to the CRM, and GoSeek connects through API, MCP and webhook; see the integrations.

An example cadence

1 First touch: the dated trigger Why the conversation makes sense now 2 Second touch: the likely pain A hypothesis, stated as a hypothesis 3 Third touch: a case from the same segment What changed at a similar company 4 Fourth touch: another role The user or the influencer, from another angle 5 Last touch: the exit Close politely and leave the door open

Every touch brings a new fact about the company

Dashboards and portfolio for the sales manager

The GoSeek portfolio has a four-stage funnel: registration, dossier, enrichment and booked meeting. The manager filters by segment, location, user and tag. The management dashboards show where to start, what comes up this week and the priority of the companies.

On the Advanced plan, the Market Map builds the company list by segment (CNAE, the Brazilian activity code), region, size, listed or private, and revenue range. The companies you pick go straight to the portfolio, within a monthly quota of 2 times the dossiers in the contract.

Sales intelligence as a database vs. a dossier per company

There are two ways to deliver sales intelligence. A database covers many companies with standardized fields, and works for slicing the market. A dossier per company covers fewer companies in depth, and works for preparing the conversation. The two complement each other, and the table shows where each one pays off most.

Plans and how to get started

GoSeek has three plans: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced, all starting at 1 user and 8 dossiers per month, with AI and search keys already included. Basic starts at R$ 456 per month, on a 36-month contract with annual payment in advance, and there is a progressive discount based on the number of users. See the plans.

Each organization sees only its own portfolio, with access roles (administrator, operator and viewer) and LGPD rules, Brazil's data protection law. To see a finished dossier, leave your best email in the form on the home page, and the sample PDF arrives in your inbox.
