These terms apply to the use of this website, goseek.com.br, and to everything it publishes: the product pages, the blog, the glossary, the pricing page with the simulator and the contact form. Browsing here means agreeing with what is written on this page.
The website is public and open. There is no registration, there is no restricted area and nothing here requires you to identify yourself, with the single exception of the form, which you fill in if you want to be contacted.
Access to the platform of GoSeek, which sits at its own address and is where the dossiers are actually generated, is not governed by this text. It depends on a signed agreement, with its own conditions of price, term, volume and support.

What this website is, and what it is not.
This website is informational and commercial material about GoSeek. It explains what the product does, how the research is carried out, where the evidence comes from and how much it costs, and it publishes content about prospecting, pre-sales and sales intelligence.
The blog and glossary content is supporting material, written out of our experience with the subject. It is not consulting, it is not a technical, legal or accounting opinion, and it does not replace the analysis of someone who knows your case. A decision made from a text read here is the decision of whoever makes it.
The sample dossiers available on the website serve to show the format of the deliverable. They are not a recommendation to buy, to sell or to do business with any of the companies mentioned.
The pricing simulator is an estimate, not a proposal.
The pricing page builds a figure from what you enter: number of operators and viewers, dossier volume, monitored accounts, integrations, support and term. The result is a configuration estimate, made to size the conversation.
That estimate is not an offer, is not a commercial proposal and does not bind GoSeek. The price that counts is the one in the formal proposal, issued after we understand your case, and that is the one that goes into the agreement.
The figures shown may change without notice. A visible typing or calculation error on the page obliges no one to honor the wrong price.
The contact form.
The form asks for a work email address and serves one purpose: someone from our team getting in touch and showing you examples. By submitting it, you state that the address is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Filling in the form creates no agreement and does not guarantee access to the product. The reply is a commercial one, and sending examples depends on the fit between what you need and what the tool does.
The website limits submissions to five per hour from the same IP address, to keep the form from being used as a broadcast channel. What happens to the data submitted is explained in the privacy policy.
What you may do with this website.
You may browse, read, print, save and share the pages, quote excerpts with the source and the address indicated, and use what you learned here in your work. That is what the content exists for.
The following is not allowed: copying the content to republish it as your own, in any medium; scraping the website in bulk by automated means, whether to train a model, build a database or feed another website; trying to reach parts of the server that are not public; using the form for bulk sending, spam or any unlawful content; and reproducing the trademark, the logo or the visual identity of GoSeek in a way that suggests a connection, sponsorship or partnership that does not exist.
Access is offered as is. GoSeek may block access from any source that harms the working of the website.
Who owns the content.
The texts, the illustrations, the technical drawings, the trademark, the logo and the visual identity of this website belong to GoSeek, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
Names, trademarks and products of other companies mentioned here, including on the comparison pages, belong to their respective owners. They appear to identify what is being discussed, in the ordinary exercise of comparison and information, and the mention indicates no connection, endorsement or authorization from anyone.
If you believe that any content on this website infringes a right of yours, write to the contact address on this page describing the case. We review it and we answer.
Third party links and services.
The website has links that lead outside it: WhatsApp, the profiles of GoSeek on social media, the address of the platform and, in the content, references to other pages on the web.
We have no control over what sits on the other side of those links. A visit to a third party website becomes governed by the terms and the privacy policy of that website, and GoSeek is not responsible for the content, the availability or the practices of whoever maintains it.
Availability and changes to the website.
The website is offered as is and as available. It depends on third party infrastructure, such as hosting and connectivity, and it may go offline for maintenance, through a failure of those third parties or through an event outside reasonable control.
The content is reviewed and updated often. A page, a text, a reference price and an address may be changed, moved or removed at any time, without prior notice. An address that goes offline is usually redirected to the content that replaced it.
Limits of liability for the use of the website.
A GoSeek works to keep the content published here correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free from error, omission or outdated information, nor that it serves any specific purpose of yours.
There is no liability for damage arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the website, from a decision made on the basis of what was read here, from temporary unavailability, or from the content of third party websites reached through links.
Nothing on this page excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor restricts statutory consumer rights.
Personal data and cookies.
The processing of personal data on this website, what the form collects, why it collects it, who it is shared with and how long it is kept, is explained in the privacy and cookie policy, which is part of these terms.
In short: the website uses no analytics, advertising or social network cookies, and it loads no third party script on any page. What stays in your browser are three choices of yours, the theme, the language and your answer to the cookie notice.
Changes to these terms.
These terms may change. When that happens, the update date at the top of this page changes with them, and it is that date that shows which version is in force.
Continuing to use the website after the change means agreeing with the new text.
Governing law and venue.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
The venue of the district of São Paulo, in the state of São Paulo, is elected to settle whatever is not settled directly between the parties.
