What this document governs
These terms apply to the use of this website, goseek.com.br, and to everything it publishes: the product pages, the blog, the glossary, the pricing page with the simulator and the forms. Browsing here means agreeing to what is written on this page.
The website is public and open. There is no registration and no restricted area. To receive PDF materials, watch the demo video or take the diagnostic, you enter your email and confirm a code sent to it. To be contacted, you fill in the contact form.
Access to the GoSeek platform, which is located at its own address and is where the dossiers are generated, is not governed by this text. It depends on a signed contract, with its own conditions of price, duration, volume and support.

What this website is, and what it is not
This website is informational and commercial material about GoSeek. It explains what the product does, what it delivers and how much it costs, and it publishes content on prospecting, pre-sales and sales intelligence.
The content of the blog and the glossary is support material, written from our experience with the subject. It is not consulting, it is not a technical, legal or accounting opinion, and it does not replace the analysis of someone who knows your case. A decision made based on a text read here is the decision of whoever makes it.
The sample dossiers available on the website serve to show the format of the deliverable. They are not a recommendation to buy from, sell to or do business with any of the companies mentioned.
The pricing simulator and the PDF proposal
The pricing page builds a figure from what you enter: number of operator and viewer users, dossier volume, business size, contract term and payment method. The result is an estimate of a configuration, made to size the conversation.
This estimate is not an offer and does not bind GoSeek. The I want this plan button sends a commercial proposal PDF of the configuration to your email, with a number and a 15-day validity. The figure that goes into the contract is the one in the signed contract.
The figures shown may change without notice. An obvious typing or calculation error on the page does not oblige anyone to charge the wrong price.
The forms
The forms ask for your best email, and the contact form also for name, company, phone, subject and message. The material request sends the PDF to your email and the contact form takes your message to the team. By submitting a form, you declare that the address is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Filling in a form does not create a contract or guarantee access to the product. The team's commercial follow-up depends on the fit between what you need and what the tool does.
The website limits submissions to twelve per hour for the same IP address and email, to prevent the form from being used as a mass-sending channel. What happens to the data submitted is explained in the privacy policy.
What you may do with this website
You may browse, read, print, save and share the pages, quote excerpts with an indication of the source and the address, and use what you learned here in your work. That is what the content exists for.
You may not: copy the content to republish it as your own, in any medium; scrape the website in bulk by automated means, whether to train a model, build a database or feed another website; attempt to access parts of the server that are not public; use the form for mass sending, spam or any unlawful content; or reproduce the GoSeek brand, logo or visual identity in a way that suggests an affiliation, sponsorship or partnership that does not exist.
GoSeek may block access from any source that impairs the operation of the website.
Who owns the content
The texts, illustrations, technical drawings, brand, logo and visual identity of this website belong to GoSeek, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
Names, brands and products of other companies mentioned here, including on the comparison pages, belong to their respective owners. They appear to identify what is being discussed, in the regular exercise of comparison and information, and the mention does not indicate any affiliation, endorsement or authorization from anyone.
If you believe that any content on this website infringes a right of yours, write to the contact address on this page describing the case. We will review it and respond.
Third-party links and services
The website has links that lead outside it: WhatsApp, the GoSeek profiles on social networks, the platform's address and, in the content, references to other web pages.
We have no control over what is on the other side of those links. A visit to a third-party website is governed by that website's terms and privacy policy, and GoSeek is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of whoever maintains it.
Availability and changes to the website
The website is provided as is and as available. It depends on third-party infrastructure, such as hosting and connectivity, and may go offline for maintenance, due to a failure of those third parties or due to an event beyond reasonable control.
The content is frequently reviewed and updated. Pages, text, reference prices and addresses may be changed, moved or removed at any time, without prior notice. An address that goes offline is usually redirected to the content that replaced it.
Limits of liability for use of the website
GoSeek strives to keep the content published here correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of error, omission or obsolescence, or that it serves any specific purpose of yours.
There is no liability for damage arising from the use of or inability to use the website, for decisions made based on what was read here, for temporary unavailability, or for the content of third-party websites reached through links.
Nothing on this page excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor restricts consumer rights provided by law.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data on this website, what the form collects, why it collects it, with whom it shares it and for how long it keeps it, is explained in the privacy and cookie policy, which is part of these terms.
In short: the website does not use analytics, advertising or social network cookies, and does not load third-party scripts on any page. What stays in your browser is the theme, the language, your answer to the cookie notice, your answers to the maturity assessment and, only until you close the tab, the email you entered, as the privacy policy explains. The only cookie is technical: the 7-minute one set after the confirmation code.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. When that happens, the update date at the top of this page changes with them, and that date indicates which version is in force.
Continuing to use the website after the change means agreeing to the new text.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, in the state of São Paulo, are chosen to settle whatever is not resolved directly between the parties.
