R$ 456 per month on the Basic plan, with a 36-month contract billed annually upfront: 1 user and 8 dossiers, plus an onboarding fee of R$ 130. Billed monthly, R$ 480. With no commitment, Basic costs R$ 519 per month.
A contract term takes 7% off the user price for every 12 months, on top of the amount already discounted: 7% for 12 months, 13.5% for 24 and 19.6% for 36. Billing annually upfront takes another 5% off users and dossiers, on a 12, 24 or 36-month contract, and it is the only discount on dossiers. For teams, from the 2nd to the 100th user, each one takes 0.5% off the price of all users, up to 49.5% with 100 users. Prices are adjusted once a year by the IPCA (Brazil's consumer price index), capped at 6%.
The platform, hosting, storage, fixes, product updates and support. AI and search are already in the dossier price, in reais, using GoSeek's keys, and your company needs no account with those providers. The only separate charge is onboarding, billed once: it gets the platform ready for your operation and covers training, initial follow-up and, on the Advanced plan, the integrations.
With no commitment, there is no cancellation fee. With a 12, 24 or 36 month commitment, early termination carries a fee of 50% of the remaining monthly license fees. In both cases, cancellation requires 30 days' prior notice.
