Who processes your data
GoSeek is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, which means it is the one that decides why and how each piece of data is used. The requests provided for in the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law) can be made through the address below, and are answered through the same channel.

What the website collects
The website has four forms. The one for requesting examples, which also unlocks the PDF presentation and the diagnostic, and the demo video form ask only for your best email. The contact form also asks for name, company, phone, subject and message. The plan simulator sends the configuration built on the page along with it and, through the I want this plan button, generates the commercial proposal PDF that goes to your email. Each submission also records the date and time, the IP address it came from and the page where it was filled in. The hidden fields only say which request was made and, in the simulator, which plan was built. Nothing else is requested.
Before sending a PDF, unlocking the video or opening the diagnostic, the website sends a 6-digit code to the email you entered. The code is valid for 15 minutes and allows 5 attempts, and the server keeps only its hash, from which the number cannot be recovered. After the correct code, a 7-minute technical cookie lets you request other materials with the same email without a new code. The commercial proposal PDF is stored on the server, at an address that cannot be guessed.
The server that hosts the website keeps technical access logs, like any web server: IP address, date, time and page requested. These logs exist to operate and protect the service, not to build a profile of visitors.
Three choices of yours are stored in your browser: the light or dark theme, the page language and the answer you gave to the cookie notice. When you use the site, it also keeps there your answers to the maturity assessment, so you can pick up where you left off, a flag that you have already sent a form and, only until you close the tab, the email you entered, so we do not ask for it again. This data stays in the browser's own storage and is not read by our servers.
Why each piece of data is used
The email from the forms serves to answer your request: to send the code, the material or the proposal you asked for, and for our team to get in touch. The legal basis is the performance of preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request, provided for in Article 7, item V, of the LGPD. If we later start sending product news, the basis is legitimate interest, and every message includes the link to unsubscribe.
The IP address of the submission and the time serve to curb abuse of the form. The website limits submissions to twelve per hour for the same address and email, and to sixty per address, which prevents a bot from using the form as a mass-sending channel. The legal basis is legitimate interest in the security of the service.
The source page indicates where the request came from, which helps us know which content on the website answers a question. It is context information about the contact itself, stored along with it.
With whom the data is shared
The data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for their own use. It only passes through those who operate the website's infrastructure: the hosting provider, which maintains the servers and access logs, and the email service that carries messages between you and our team. With the usage analytics switch on, the network address of the visit is also looked up in Team Cymru's public network registry, which answers who the network belongs to, without the address being stored by us. The first two process the data on our instructions, as processors.
Other than that, data only leaves here by order of a competent authority, as provided by law.
How long it is kept
Form contacts are kept while there is an ongoing commercial conversation and for up to two years after the last contact, a period in which an old request still tends to make sense. After that, they are deleted. You may request deletion earlier, at any time.
Submission limit records last one hour, which is the window of the limit itself. The server's technical logs follow the hosting provider's policy, on the order of a few months.
Your rights
The LGPD guarantees you: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or wrong, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about whom we share it with, revocation of consent and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
To exercise any of them, simply write to the contact address on this page. We respond within 15 days. If the answer does not resolve the matter, you may take the case to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Brazil's national data protection authority.
How the data is protected
The entire website runs over an encrypted connection. The file with the contacts is kept out of reach of the web, locked by a server rule, and the email credentials live in a separate file, also blocked. The form has a honeypot field against bots and a limit on submissions per address.
No measure eliminates the risk completely. If a relevant incident occurs, we notify the affected data subjects and the National Authority, as the law requires.
Cookie policy
This website does not set cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or social network cookies, and no third-party script is loaded on any page. What exists is the browser's local storage, which keeps the theme, the language, your answer to the cookie notice and the data described above.
This storage is strictly necessary for your choices to survive a page reload. It stays in your browser, does not travel to our servers and disappears when you clear the site's data.
The usage analytics and marketing categories exist in the preferences panel and come switched off. With the usage analytics switch on, GoSeek's own counter, with no cookie and no third-party script, records each page view: the date, the page, the site the visit came from, the language, the screen type (phone, tablet or computer) and, on the home page, which version of the opening section was shown, plus three actions: form submission, WhatsApp click and Sign in click. The visit's IP address is used only once, on our server, to look up who owns the network it came from, in a public internet network registry maintained by Team Cymru. If the network belongs to a company, we keep only that company's name and the network's domain. If it belongs to an internet, telephone or cloud provider, we keep only the fact that the visit came from a provider. The IP address is discarded right after the lookup and is never recorded. We do not keep a browser identifier or anything that says who the person is, and the count is kept for up to 24 months. The legal basis is your consent, given through this switch, and you may withdraw it whenever you wish. With the switch off, nothing is sent. The marketing category remains unused.
You can review your choice whenever you wish through the Cookie preferences link, in the footer of any page, and you can also erase everything by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Data about people in the platform's dossiers
In addition to the website, GoSeek operates a platform that researches companies for sales teams. Each company's dossier includes people who work there: name, job title and LinkedIn profile come from public sources. Confirmation that the person still holds the position and, when available, the email and mobile number come from a provider specialized in contact data, engaged by GoSeek.
The legal basis is legitimate interest, provided for in Article 7, item IX, of the LGPD: the client organization needs to know who holds each position in order to propose business to the company where the person works. That is why the dossier treats the person only by their professional role, and the data subject may object to this processing at any time.
The dossier is visible only to the client organization that generated it. The research on the company in public sources, which includes these people, may be reused for up to 30 days in the dossier that another client organization generates on the same company. The job confirmation, the email and the mobile number are reused for up to 30 days in any dossier on the platform, so that the same person is not looked up again. The person's data stays in the dossier for as long as the dossier exists on the platform, and is removed when the data subject requests deletion.
Anyone who wants to know whether they appear in a dossier, correct data, request deletion or object to the processing may write to the contact address on this page, the same channel as the other requests provided for in the LGPD. Each request is handled by a person on our team, and we respond within 15 days.
Children and adolescents
The website is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from children and adolescents. If such data reaches us, it is deleted as soon as it is identified.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes in a relevant way, the update date at the top changes with it and the cookie notice reappears, so that the choice is made based on the new text, not the old one.
