Governance over CAPEX execution and expansion

With R$ 700 million in CAPEX, a pharmacy expansion and a deleveraging priority, Assaí needs to confirm control over execution and deviations.

1The 2026 CAPEX budget sits alongside the stated priority of reducing leverage.
2The 25-pharmacy plan adds workstreams, regulatory dependencies and control points to the expansion.
3The digital operation with home delivery widens the workstreams competing for budget and operational coordination.

JiraHow to win: bring the conversation to CAPEX, construction, pharmacies and financial decisions, not just task tracking.

“With CAPEX and expansion under deleveraging pressure, decisions need to see deviations before they turn into cost.”

The start screen is one field and one button. Have an account in mind? Type it. Have a list? Upload the spreadsheet. No seven-step wizard before the first result.

The configuration goes deep, and it can wait until the team has seen the results and knows what to adjust.

With GoSeek

What the tool does when it does not know.

Missing evidence shows up as missing, never as a low score. If the company doesn't publish financials, the dossier says so and works with what exists, with no estimate to fill the gap.

When two sources disagree, the dossier shows both, with their dates, and warns you not to present either one as fact in the meeting.

How each statement holds up

Supported statement Source cited, literal excerpt and collection date 2026 report official website Contradiction between sources Both versions show up, neither one is asserted It goes flagged so it is not said in a meeting

Without a source, the fact does not go into the dossier

FAQ

About the dossier.

How long does it take to produce a dossier?

A few minutes per account, with up to 200 pages read and cross-checked. By hand, the same work takes hours to days.

Where does the information come from?

From public sources: registry, the company's website and publications, news, job posts, financial reports when available, regulatory data and reputation. Nothing comes from purchased lists.

What happens when two sources disagree?

The dossier shows both versions, each with its date, and warns you not to state either one in the meeting.

Is the tool in Portuguese?

Yes, and in English and Spanish too. You choose the interface language and the dossier language separately.

Can several users work on the same portfolio?

Yes. Dossiers live in a shared base, with search, favorites and history per user.
