B2B prospecting tool: from the company list to the first meeting

By Luis Peixoto5 min read

GoSeek covers each stage of prospecting large companies: who to approach, where to start, who to talk to and what to say. The rep enters the CNPJ and gets the dossier in 7 to 15 minutes.

What a B2B prospecting tool needs to solve

A B2B prospecting tool helps the sales team find the companies that match its customer profile, decide where to start and reach the first conversation with something to say. When you sell to large companies, you get the meeting when you know what changed at the company, who decides and why the topic matters now.

Many tools cover one part of that path: one delivers the list, another the contact, another the sending. GoSeek brings the stages together in one place. The rep enters the CNPJ of a company (the Brazilian company tax ID), or, from the Intermediate plan up, uploads a spreadsheet of CNPJs, within the contract's monthly quota, and gets a dossier built from 100 to 500 public sources.

What GoSeek does at each prospecting stage

Prospecting large companies goes through the same six stages on almost every team:

  • List: on the Advanced plan, the Market Map generates leads by segment (CNAE, the Brazilian activity code), region and size, separating listed from private companies and filtering by revenue range. The companies you pick go straight to the portfolio, within a monthly quota of 2 times the dossiers in the contract.
  • Priority: each company gets a fit score from 0 to 100 against the ideal customer profile your organization defines, and the team starts with the highest scores.
  • Research: the 19-section dossier is ready in 7 to 15 minutes, on screen and in PDF.
  • Decision makers: the power map shows decision makers, champion, influencers and entry points, with an org chart by area and level.
  • Outreach: from the Intermediate plan up, the cadence arrives written, touch by touch, opening through managers and directors, with the C-level from the second week on; when the cadence is scheduled, GoSeek picks the channel for each touch (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or phone call) from what each person has, and the rep reviews each touch. On the Advanced plan, GoSeek sends it through the rep's own email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and only the person responsible for the touch sends it; on the other plans, the rep sends it. On Advanced, WhatsApp carries the PDF as an attachment and, when the rep comes back from WhatsApp or LinkedIn, GoSeek asks whether the message went out.
  • Record: from the Intermediate plan up, each touch stays in the company's history, marked as overdue or upcoming, and an alarm clock in the top bar opens the reminders. On the Advanced plan, the touch can flow to the CRM.

The dossier that prepares the first conversation

The dossier puts in a single read what the rep would research tab by tab before a meeting. It has 19 sections, from Cockpit to Evidence.

The Cockpit sums up the main points for someone with five minutes before the call. Momentum and Triggers show what changed at the company: an acquisition, a new site, a new director. Battlecard, Objections and 1st meeting prepare the conversation. Discovery and MEDDPICC qualify the opportunity after the first contact. Each section is detailed on the dossier page.

In more than 160 dossiers measured, the median is 226 pages read per dossier.

How managers track prospecting in the portfolio

The GoSeek portfolio has a funnel that runs from company registration to dossier, enrichment and booked meeting. The manager filters by segment, location, user and tag, and follows progress without asking for a spreadsheet.

The management dashboards show what comes up this week and the priority of each company. The queue follows the fit score against the customer profile the organization defined.

Who GoSeek works for as a prospecting tool

GoSeek serves those who sell to large companies, with long cycles, several decision makers and high deal values. That includes technology companies, consultancies, manufacturers and service providers that sell to the enterprise market.

If you need thousands of contacts a month for mass sending, or sell a low-ticket product decided by a single person, a list database or a high-volume sending tool fits better. GoSeek pays off most when each company in the portfolio justifies full research. The prospecting maturity assessment, with 18 questions, shows what level your team's prospecting is at.

1 SDRs and BDRs who need to open conversations with large companies without spending hours on research 2 Sales executives who go into meetings with leadership and buying committees 3 Sales managers who want a prioritized portfolio and a visible funnel 4 Pre-sales teams that build the outreach thesis for each company

What each plan brings to prospecting

GoSeek has three plans: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. All start at 1 user and 8 dossiers per month, with AI and search keys already included. The Basic plan starts at R$ 456 per month, on a 36-month contract with annual payment in advance. There is a progressive discount based on the number of users. The prices for each plan are on the plans page.

Security and your portfolio data

Each organization sees only its own portfolio. Access roles (administrator, operator and viewer) define who researches, who edits and who only follows along. Data handling follows the rules of LGPD, Brazil's data protection law. Details are on the security page.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about B2B prospecting tools for selling to large companies

What is the best B2B prospecting tool for selling to large companies?

It depends on the stage that slows your team down most. For lists in volume, a database does the job. To prepare the outreach for each large company, with who decides and what to say, GoSeek delivers the dossier in 7 to 15 minutes.

How much does a B2B prospecting tool like GoSeek cost?

GoSeek starts at R$ 456 per month on the Basic plan, with 1 user and 8 dossiers, on a 36-month contract with annual payment in advance.

Does GoSeek send the cadence messages on its own?

Not on its own: the rep reviews each touch. On the Advanced plan, GoSeek sends through the rep's own email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and only the person responsible for the touch sends it; on the other plans, the rep sends.
